1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or utilizing GlowSlides's software platform, APIs, or presentation export generators, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a corporation, you represent that you possess the authority to bind such entity.
2. Intellectual Property & Deck Ownership
Users retain full, unencumbered ownership of all presentation content, text, data points, visual arrangements, speaker notes, and output documents (.pptx, .html, .md) produced by GlowSlides. GlowSlides claims no ownership or license to your synthesized presentations.
3. Subscription Tiers & Commercial Usage
The Free Starter tier grants non-exclusive commercial rights to generate and export presentations. The upcoming Pro Plan ($8/month) and Enterprise agreements provide priority GPU throughput, custom company typography enforcement, and single-tenant database guarantees.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use GlowSlides to generate harmful, fraudulent, defamatory, or unlawful materials, or to attempt to reverse engineer underlying proprietary model weights or bypass rate limiting mechanisms.
5. Service Availability & SLA
GlowSlides strives for 99.9% platform availability. Current uptime telemetry is publicly accessible on our System Status page.
