1. Zero Model Training Retention
GlowSlides strictly enforces a Zero-Data-Retention (ZDR) policy with all underlying AI inference providers, including NVIDIA NIM. Content supplied in prompts, slide notes, metric values, and presentation titles is never utilized to train, retrain, or fine-tune public or proprietary AI foundation models.
2. Information Collection and Storage
When you synthesize presentations using GlowSlides, your slide data and presentation parameters are stored in encrypted, access-controlled data stores and encrypted at rest using AES-256 standards.
3. Data Sovereignty & Deletion Rights
You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of all synthesized slides, outlines, notes, and exported PowerPoint/HTML files. You may permanently purge any presentation at any time directly through the dashboard with immediate hard deletion from all storage systems.
4. Third-Party Sub-processors
Our approved sub-processors are limited to three categories: AI inference providers, managed cloud database infrastructure, and cloud application hosting. All sub-processors maintain certified SOC-2 Type II and ISO-27001 compliance standards.
