Enterprise Security Whitepaper
How GlowSlides protects sensitive executive boardroom presentations, guarantees zero LLM weight training retention, and enforces cryptographic data separation.
Data Isolation & LLM Training Boundary
All inference calls executed through our NVIDIA NIM clusters are governed by strict Zero-Data-Retention (ZDR) service-level agreements. Prompt contexts and synthesized deck slides are processed in volatile RAM and immediately flushed from the compute instance upon stream completion.
Neither GlowSlides nor NVIDIA ever utilizes your organization's financial numbers, acquisition strategies, or proprietary roadmap milestones to train public or private foundational models.
Encrypted Storage & Access Control
Presentations are stored in isolated, access-controlled data stores protected with field-level encryption, TLS 1.3 transport encryption, and role-based access controls (RBAC).
Enterprise deployments can optionally run inside a private VPC with customer-managed encryption keys (CMEK) to maintain absolute sovereignty over cryptographic material.
Vulnerability Disclosure & Bug Bounty
We maintain an active security reporting program. To disclose vulnerabilities or request full third-party SOC-2 audit reports, contact our security team directly at security@glowslides.ai.
